How to copy contacts from Outlook to the Phone's contact list
- Open the Outlook app
- Tap your profile icon (top-left)
- Tap the gear icon (Settings)
- Scroll to Save Contacts
- Turn Save Contacts ON
This pushes a copy of Outlook contacts to your iPhone’s Contacts app.
Note: This is a one-way copy. If you update a contact in Outlook, it may not update on the phone unless Outlook re-syncs.

How to disable Conversation View
- Open the Outlook app
- Tap your profile icon (top left)
- Tap the gear icon (Settings)
- Scroll to Mail
- Find Organize Mail by Thread or Conversation View
- Toggle it OFF

Enable notifications for Mail and Calander Inside the Outlook App
- Open the Outlook app
- Tap your profile icon (top left)
- Tap the gear ⚙️ (Settings) at the bottom
- Scroll to Notifications
- Tap Calendar
- Choose your preferences:
Get notifications for
- All events
- Events you created
- Events you're invited to
Alert timing
- At time of event
- 5 min before
- 15 min before
- 1 hour before
